Lowe's

I’ve been loyal to Lowe’s x30+ years but today tipped me & hence this complaint (FYI, I’ve only submitted complaints to other businesses x2 as I prefer to voice my concerns personally but I was unable to today). I went to Lowe’s today to research kitchen appliances x4 & talked with a nice young gentleman who was helpful. Walking thru the store, I saw 3 groups of employees busy talking to each other instead of helping waiting customers. Employees parked their cars in the nearest parking spots that should be dedicated to customers. (1 20-y/o employee put something in his car parked to me & I was 2nd next to handicapped space). I called the store number & after 47 mins with no one picking up, I tried to chat with 3 reps & was disconnected every time. I called Home Depot who answered immediately & transferred my call to appliances who also answered immediately. You’re going to lose loyal customers unless management improves. Hopefully this will help as I’m trying to support Lowe’s but it needs improvement. Thank you, Sandy Mudry
