There is a male employee that rev's his motor, does burn outs, and exhibits speed in the Vons parking lot (Valencia CA, 25850 The Old Road). This action of his is unfortunately scaring people due to the fact that his car is extremely loud.
Hopefully your management can put a stop to this before the proper authorities can be notified. Thank you for your time.
