For my daughter Alyssa Van Devere 8.19.05 I paid cash for Eli pen either in 2014 or 2015 of which Walgreens said they have no record. This is important to find that record so that I may parctipate in a class action in my daughters behalf for the Eli pen. This was a one time cash payment until my medical went through for her. I need that proof to submit proof for them. This class action is against Eli pen only and not related to Walgreens what happened to my daughters record? The lady ran a search from 2014 to date and nothing came up. Where is her medical record? Can you please help me this occurred at the Walgreens in santee that is no longer there
