I won a metal detector online vis Goodwillauctions.com The item was described that it powers on. When I got it, it did not power-on. When I sent them a letter complaining that it didn't work, they sent a reply that it did work. Then the customer support guy stated that they powered the detector on with two 9v batteries. The detector works with eight AA batteries. He outright lied and refused me a refund. I filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back, but I had to be the one who paid the return shipping! Rip-offs. Do not trust the Santa Ana Goodwill!
