I tried to book a three bedroom night at the Windsor Worldmark a few weeks ago and was told there were none available, I asked to be on the waitlist. I just tried calling and now they have a three bedroom for the one night that I wanted, but no one called to tell me? We wanted a three bedroom so we could take our grandkids on July 16th for my birthday which is July 17th the Worldmark Windsor is only an hour from where we live so we thought tot would be fun just to get out of the house for a night...one night! So the kids could swim in the pool, and have a little fun! And you wanted to charge me $160.00 for housekeeping and tax.

Exactly what am I saving by even having this timeshare? Each and every single time I go to use it there is a problem. I was told I couldn't carry these 1950 credits over to next year, , , even though we had to change our reservations due to COVID! SO WRONG. Shame on you. And now just to use my credits that will expire this year I have to pay $160... for one fricking night! You should be ashamed, then the person who comes the next day or for the weekend also pays 160, and another person who only wants a couple of nights, , , another 160.! Highway robbery, I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau! You are double and triple dipping people for housekeeping fees. I was told you have to pay $160, 00 for one night or 30 nights! That's quite a racket you have going on there. I pay $160 for one night and the person who gets the room for the next day pays the same and so on and so on. Talk about taking advantage if people. If everyone stayed two nights each thats $2.600.00 for one month for the same room. yet if I did stay for 30 days I would only pay $160.00.

I just received a bill for housekeeping for my reservations to Dolphins Cove and when I made them I was told I had credits for house keeping and didn't need to pay anything! Who lied? I am so pissed off I am seriously considering dumping this. We have never got what we paid for out of it, and have lost more credits than we were able to use because the 9 times out of 10 the places we were interested were always booked. You obviously over sold and have so many members its hard to get reservations to some places.

When we first got this...the housekeeping cost was much much less and I sure don't recall ever having to pay this much...ever! FOR ONE NIGHT? YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING! I could get two hotel rooms for $160., we only wanted to take our grandkids for an overnight trip to use the pool.
BOTTOM LINE IS YOU SHOULD NOT CHARGE $160.00 a for one night for housekeeping, it should be prorated by the number of nights!
I am furious.
