The online document provider, scribd, has been billing (auto deducting payment from) my bank account for at least the past 6-7 months. I have a connected account and yet every time I sign in I am presented again and again... Repeatedly with a request to pay again and again with no current access to download anything from the account I have already established. They refuse for some reason to not acknowledge my subscription and payments!
Customer service... What customer service? That proves to be an ongoing circle jerk and every complaint to "support" generates the same tired message that they'll respond and maybe 7 days which they never honor! No useful phone numbers whatsoever.
I am in desperate need of certain documents to establish an environmental 508 1 a tax exempt organization to explore expansion of the rain forest into more politically responsive and protective and compatible agricultural growing zones.
Having been sufficiently educated in law, right off the top of my head I see criminal/civil charges of fraud, theft by deception, wire fraud and several other problems for them. To the criminal issues I will be making complaints to both the california attorney general and the federal authorities.
To a civil issue, I recommend we who have these unacceptable issues need to make contact and discuss proceeding forth with a class action. I have such an attorney with offices in the woodland hills, la and beverly hills areas including in several other states. I will be calling him tomorrow!
This behavior by scribd is untenable and must be forced to correction!
