I placed an order 05 Jun 2020 and realized immediately there were two mistakes, one with sizing and they charged me $7 shipping when my order qualified for free shipping. I tried to cancel online but their website does NOT allow for changing or canceling orders online. I then tried emailing them but received a bounce back in email. I then called customer service and was told the first two times calling that they were not taking calls (mid-day Friday when CS was supposed to be working) and finally ended up in a CS "que" where I've been sitting ever since with NO support. My hold time is over an hour with NO help from anyone.

I DEMAND my money and "super cash" back since they are useless in helping me correct my issues for order TW085Y3.
