On november 12, 2020 I took my son to his orthodontist apt and was denied his scheduled visit due to me owing them money, I offered to pay some the following day but wouldn't accept it, so I called billing and spoke to sylvia who was very rude, she said I have been behind since covid started. Yes I was i'm not denying it but I also caught up with payments in july and sylvia said they would not see my son until I catch up I explained that I lost my job due to covid and she said she did not care and there was nothing she could do, this was my son's retainer impression visit before removing his braces, during covid when western dental was closed and couldn't see my son he got 8 cavities due to the braces and not being able to see a dentist, he needs his braces off
