PurePlay - delayed payment

Since 11/04/18 until 12/6 i won a total of $600. On 12/21/18 I e mail and was told it was approved on 12/12/18 and just waiting from their finance team to mail the check. I e- mail them 4 more times and the same answer and that support have no control on mailing checks. On wednesday 1/23/19 I tried to log and first was told the site is in maintenance and the same thing the next day. Yesterday 1/25/19 i cant even log in the site, Support have not answered my e mail since thursday, whats going on with this site

I received a letter from a new york court saying pp filed for chapter 7/bankcrupcy on 2/13/19 and the hearing is scheduled on 3/20/19 so its official pp is gone

They owe me over $600. And of course, no email response. There are players posting in the Facebook, Pure Play Poker page who may provide some information. I am surprised that PP hasn't deleted them. Obviously they do not care.

It is crazy! We are unable to play and unable to get paid but they have no problem collecting our membership fees. Just what is it we are paying for?
