OnTrac - Failed to deliver due to weather??

My package from Walmart was to be delivered on 8/27 only to find out that OnTrac delayed the delivery due to weather/service alerts. Not sure what 'weather' the driver was experiencing, as it was sunny all day on Friday. When I checked their website, there were no service alerts either.

Are these even trained drivers? This is the 3rd time OnTrac has failed to deliver packages to me. I have since called Walmart and instructed them to use either FedEx or UPS on all further deliveries on my account and strongly urged them to no longer use OnTrac and explained why.

Desired outcome: Deliver package to correct address and on time.

OnTrac - Missing package - again

I was at home all day [8/17/2021] watching for delivery, as last month [7/21/2021] OnTrac failed to deliver a package [even though system said it had been] and accepted no responsibility for the issue. This package from Chewy's [#D10012610532384], was said to be delivered at 4:05pm - left at my front door; and yet I never saw or heard the driver and nothing at my front door.
I contacted OnTrac at 4:40pm when I received a notification on my phone that it was delivered. I went thru their same 'process' of opening an investigation, filing a driver complaint, etc. I don't have much faith in their process as I never heard from them about the first missing package [#C11596245553486].

OnTrac supposedly installed a new GPS system in the last few weeks, but unless they require drivers to also take pictures of where packages are left [like Amazon does] I'm not sure what good that will do.

I contacted Chewy's to report the issue, and they will send out a replacement and requested it be shipped via FedEx. I will request any future orders be sent with FedEx as OnTrac is unreliable and will cost shippers more in the long run if you constantly have to send out replacements.

Desired outcome: Locate my package.
