On 5/7 at 9:24PM I was issued a Parking Violation notice/fine at Zone [protected] 4th Avenue) for the stated reason of "Failure to pay posted rate". However, the fee was paid via the parking app Passport Parking which I have successfully used many times. I have submitted proof and tried to reach them by phone to confirm: 1) They received my appeal and have agreed this violation notice was unwarranted. 2) A clear explanation of why this happened. 3) A request for a refund for the parking fee paid to compensate me for the time I am spending to resolve this issue. I have been unable to reach anyone at LAZ and have received no return phone call.
