Cricket Wireless - Online order

I ordered a phone on the website an iPhone 11 order# [protected] for $666.00 I never received the iPhone order it was back on February 18th UPS never picked up the order and they would not help me. I talked to supervisor at Cricket they created a case to get my money back on my chime card but they were unable to cancel. They would not cancel order
