Rooter Hero Plumbing

I signed up to finance the replacement of my water heater and it was a lot of money to do especially in finance charges. Which is not the problem. The problem is that what should have been an easy switch with some minor problems arising has turned into day 3 with little advancement and many holes everywhere in my house again not the problem the problem is that I only have one bathroom and my elderly mother with and overactive bladder needs regular access to the bathroom the real problem is the one worker that we have is doing a wonderful job for being by himself but finds himself needing help on certain things and he either has no help or he has an apprentice which is little to no help I expressed my concerns to his supervisor eric siffing and have been brushed aside and I feel like hes not even taking my concerns seriously there needs to be another competent person worker helping so that this might move at a more beneficial speed
