The Cheesecake Factory

My husband and my anniversary is 26 years married. We invited my mom Carnetta because I know her being a retired gourmet cook with us. We have been to this cheesecake factory before several times and it was excellent. I told my mom who cooked for the famous and stars she going really enjoy this. I spoke to soon.The Calamari appetizer was great. But when mom and I order Shrimp Scampi it was horrible. First of all my Shrimps were burnt had to get most of them replaced. Then all 3 meals wasn't seasoned like it always is with garlic and spices and flavor. It taste like they had just cooked the noodles, throwed them on a plate with a water down sauce with no flavor. My mom Carnetta told me there no taste to this, Not enough garlic and seasoning. I ask my husband Mark how was his food. He said it was not good either. I was shocked. Because this was one of my favorite places to go on Special occasions. It was ruined. We didn't eat all the food and got a box to go and we were so upset we didn't order our favorite Cheesecake. We told the waiter did you change cooks? and told him we was displeased. But gave him a good tip because he was very nice and it wasn't his fault. Were hesitant about coming back now.
