I have been a regular customer at store 17038, Lake Blvd., Redding, CA. I would like to continue being a regular customer but we have a statewide mask mandate for COVID-19 and, even though the store does have it posted to wear masks, almost none of the employees wear them. A few days ago, one employee did have one on but around her chin, not covering mouth or nose.
Thank you.

I was at the store in Wilson, Louisiana on Highway 19 earlier today. It was raining and I got
out of my car and ran to the door. As I was about to enter the store, the cashier asked me if
I had a mask. I informed her I did and went back to my car to retrieve it. I got soaked twice
in the attempt to enter the store. As I entered the store, I noticed the cashier did not have any
face covering at all. I inquired as to if she was required to wear a face covering. She replied,
NO. I inquired as to why and she further stated she had a "Medical Condition" so she did
not have to abide by the state mandate requiring everyone has to wear a face cover. If this
cashier has a "Medical Condition" exempting her from following the mandate, she should
not be allowed to even enter the store much less working there.
Dollar General needs to make sure all employees are following the state's mandate.
