Del Taco

My order was incorrect - I ordered a soft chicken taco and received a beef taco, I also ordered a combination crispy chicken taco (a #2 I believe) and got only one taco instead of two and it was a soft taco. I used the rewards to get the guacamole and chips but didn't receive it. I wasn't able to check my order at the drive through, I asked about the guac and chips and was told was in the bag. I tried to use my app to put in this complaint, didn't work.
