Aireloom

We purchased an aireloom-a12245-ekm 6/6 mattress serenity plush from sit n sleep in california. It was delivered on 2/14/2014, so the mattress is now only 6 years old. I weigh 200 lbs and my wife weighs 130 lbs, so we are very average in weight. During this last year with the mattress, we are finding that it has become much less resistant to our body weight and sags badly under our body weight. As it has medium firm talalay latex foam so it rebounds without weight on it. We have impeccably maintained the mattress, rotating it ever other month and it is spotlessly clean and fresh.

It came with a 25 year warranty and we would like to invoke that warranty to get a replacement or money back.
