We purchased Jadoo 5 last year and since the beginning, many channels as complained to be working were not working or playing any contents.
A few months ago many Pakistani and Indian drama and news channels stopped playing as Jadoo was playing many channels' contents without permission.
Last week our Jadoo stopped playing at all and when we called the customer service they said its HDMI port is faulty and we should return box and they will fix and send it back for free after fixing as the product is still under 2 yr warranty.
Today on 9 June when we called customer service after they received a product on 3rd June 2019, they told us that box is broken /damaged and while it was not when we sent it and when we said it was not they didn't agree. They bluffed and lied to us.
Then they start saying its software is damaged. We said fix software and send us to box back but the rep said to pay $100. When I insisted just to fix software as it is in warranty and send our box back, he hung up on us.
Please ask Jadoo to send our box back after fixing software.
