I signed a contract with the western dentist office located at 470 n los robles ave pasadena ca 91101, for a new set of dentures. Western dental was deducing payments from my wells fargo checking account every first of the month, they never provided me with what I paid for in fact, my bottom jaw is formed is different which they don't consider that, I didn't go to my appointments. Besides I am seeking dental implants not dentures and they don't have a plan for me. So I am seeking payment from western dental for the amount which I was billed equaling $1991.00. I'm aware that some dentist office runs scams I happen to be the victim, seeking compensation for total amount I paid. This situation is affecting my bank account current my checking account tis about to be closed due to a negative balance which is owed to me which they are refusing to give back. Why should I have to go through this when its my money. This is not formal to put someone through these types of negative encounters.
