I was in this store today and I forgot to bring my bags in with me. When I paid for my groceries I asked for a bag and I paid for my groceries with ebt. The cashier asked me for .10 cents because there was a charge for the bag she said. When you pay with ebt bags are to be provided for free. I asked the cashier why was I being charged for the bag if I was using ebt and she said something about it was because that was for paper bags but they have plastic and those charge .10 cents. I know that this is not correct so you may want to check into the law. They also had some expired food on the shelf, the suddenly salad Caesar salad.
