West Elm - The manager of this store manager should be terminated after his illegal behavior and aggressive attitude

I went into your store at approximately 330 on Sunday, December 2 to look for a desk that I've seen in your store before because I frequent your store. I live less than three blocks away and recently maybe five years ago I purchased a Golden yellow queen sleeper sofa, king size linen upholstered headboard, and footboard with upholstered Side rails, 2 - 12 x 8 sauk rugs two ceramic planters on Stans sizes sizes of ceramic planters on legs, silverware that was gold in color, a brass and Mongolian lamb foot stool. Capezio floor mirror matching dresser with onyx large asymmetrical drawer pulls. Basically, I shop there a lot and was so happy to have all my furniture and wanted to add to it.

I moved recently and I'm looking for a desk. You have a nice $499 desk that I was thinking about purchasing when I went in with my dogs I have two small Chihuahuas on leashes I was carrying one and walking the other.

I noticed that your white Mongolian lamb pillow covers had a sale sign on the shelf, but none of the pillows were marked so I asked the manager who was behind the register. If they were on sale, he said he did not know, but he was busy with other people and could not help me not to even scan the tag as he was standing at the register, less than a foot from the scanner gun. I said fine it's ridiculous that you can't multitask and I started walking across the store. I have two dogs. It was difficult enough just to be there on my own, and not alone having to search up prices for your manager and so I just went back asked him please can you just scan this pillow for me it'll just take one second he refused and told me that he was too busy and I said you can't multitask can I have the manager and he told me he was the manager I was flabbergasted that a manager would act like that, and not even be knowledgeable about what’s on sale in the store because there isn't much. I said please I’m right here in front of you and. At that point, another associate came up and took the pillow from him and went to the register and was going to scan it, and he grabbed the pillow and said no you leave you just get out of here. He told me to leave after she got there to scan my pillow because he told the associate that I was rude and that I just needed to leave and I told him that that was a bunch of BS explicitly and I needed a price on this pillow and the people he was helping screamed at me and told me to get out of the [censored]ing store and started yelling at me to [censored]ing leave and then both of the customers basically pushed me how much Phil back towards the door. I'm standing there, holding my dog to my chest and holding the leash of my other dog close to me just in disbelief of the three people yelling at me to get out of the store and the associate looking at me like what the [censored] is going on exactly and then they were gonna call the police. He was on the phone and he was seriously telling me he was gonna call the police to get me out of there. and then the manager started screaming at me to [censored]ing leave to get the hell out of the store. The woman customer said that I had a dirty, dirty mouth because after she pushed me, I told her to leave her [censored]ing [censored] hands off of me and her husband cause I'm going to the police that's assault and that I was a dirty dirty person so two customers and your manager are both all three screaming at me and I'm just taking it while they're saying they're gonna call the police on me for one. I can't even express to you how inappropriate this was, and I was simply defending myself because I had dogs with me. I felt like I was in a vulnerable position. was aI can't even express to you how inappropriate this was, and I was simply defending myself because I had dogs with me. I felt like I was in a vulnerable position and if you're hiring practices, hired responsible, competent, resourceful, and helpful people as the managers I promise you they would've known the price of that pillow no question they would've known the price of that pillow no question popular as for mid-century design as a white Mongolian lamb pillow cover. You know if that was on sale if you were the manager if you had any business being manager and I did walk over to a sub police station but unfortunately there was no one there and then I came home and I'm gonna send this to you because I planned on buying that desperate to hell if I will if he's there please respond.

Desired outcome: Letter of apology from the manager, and he needs to be put on a final written warning for insubordination and encouraging. The other customers are practically assault me.
