My name is Jennifer Farrell.

I ordered from Shakeys in Oroville, CA on 04/06/2021. I ordered a large PCM and the girl who answered made it seem like it only came with a few things so I ordered an extra order of chicken and mojos as well as the large PCM. When I arrived to pick it up they had mistakenly given my order to someone else by the name of Jedd/Jett, because our names are similar, so he ended up paying for my order, which came out to $85.74 as well as receiving my food. They didn't have anymore so they just gave me a large PCM, had me pay $85.74 for a $45.00 meal, and told me that they would make it up to me with another order. I gave them my full name as well as my number and then I left. Well a week passes and we decided that we should get our make up order so, I called them and told them. They basically said that I was lying and had only been there one time! They are saying that I have only been there once, which was on 03/28/2021, and there was absolutely no evidence of my 04/06/2021 purchase even though I have the charge on my credit card. I live half an hour from this restaurant, I really don't appreciate this.
