Placed an order on Rita's Florist {online site) July 29, 2020. Order # 822109 ($46.34). Provided information for local delivery in Lee's Summit, MO Received information about order being processed; [protected]@hotmail.com. Did not receive any follow-up of delivery. I was charged for flowers and delivery which never took place. Requesting refund.

I placed an order on 6/17/20 for my mother-in-laws birthday on 6/18/20 and was charged immediately. The day of her birthday, the status said in process all day...including that night at 8:30. I emailed them and asked why it wasn't delivered. No response. My husband called twice and left messages asking if it could be delivered next day. No response. I emailed again, nothing. This place should be out of business. No one has ever answered the phone, called us back or even emailed.
