Nature's Flavors

I recently ordered flavor powders from Nature's Flavors, it took over a month for my flavors to arrive. My orders from China came faster than a local company (Orange, CA), to arrive at my Los Angeles home. It would have been faster for me to drive down to pick up my order instead of waiting for it to ship. The website lists 3-5 days processing, my order arrived after waiting 6 weeks. When it finally arrived, there were flavors that I did not order and there were missing flavors. I tried to voice my concerns by calling customer service, but was not able to get anyone on the phone long enough to address my complaints. I should have listened to all the other complaints online and bought my flavors elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM NATURE'S FLAVORS! While waiting for my flavors to arrive I found these other places that have better customer service: Amoretti, Carmi Flavors, Flavor Producers, Flavor House, and Mission Flavors.
