Nature's Flavors Flavor oils

I am in the early stages of starting up a small skin care company and was intrigued by the large variety of lip balm flavor oils that Nature's Flavor's carried. Most importantly, the products were deemed as natural.

I chose 5 different flavors (to make my $40.00 shipping somewhat worth it), and to say I was displeased with the customer service and product quality is an understatement.

I had to contact them after a week to confirm that my order was being processed, because I wasn't receiving any sort of update. And even then, it took them several days to respond.

When I did receive my order, I was deeply disappointed with the quality of my products. They all smelled like chemicals--even once they were properly diluted. The furthest thing from "natural." I certainly will not be purchasing anything from Nature's Flavors in the future.

I recently ordered flavor powders from Nature's Flavors, it took over a month for my flavors to arrive. My orders from China came faster than a local company (Orange, CA), to arrive at my Los Angeles home. It would have been faster for me to drive down to pick up my order instead of waiting for it to ship. The website lists 3-5 days processing, my order...

Nature's Flavors Fraudulant Products and Company

I placed two orders with the company it took them three to four weeks to process then another two weeks to finally send my orders. I emailed customer service about it and they took another week to respond about the processing of my order.

There is only one woman who responds in their customer service area and she has the worst attitude and customer service skills possible.

I received my products and became concerned about the alcohol process and traces of alcohol in the oils and flavorings so I decided to email customer service about it. Big mistake, the rep had a huge attitude problem telling me I needed to read the labels and read the information on the website and REFUSED TO SEND ME ANYTHING IN WRITING about the alcohol not being in the oils. I have health reasons for needing the information I told her but she gave me one hell of an attitude.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND NATURE'S FLAVORS TO ANYONE! They are FRAUD and their products are nothing but a FRAUD and they cannot back it up with a certified statement like all other companies that are not Fraud can!

Agree. They describe Fragrance and Flavor Oils as organic that are most definitely synthetic. There is NO SUCH THING AS organic 'baked bread' fragrance, organic Dreamsicle fragrance, or even organic mango or strawberry flavor. The list goes on... My training is in essential oils and I know that this is a pack of lies. They will not provide certification and they are not listed on the FDA website as an organic supplier. I purchased some supposedly organic alcohol from and now I very much doubt if it was organic. I just cannot believe they haven't been prosecuted.
