I need to have a meeting I have a list of complaints to file against allied. One is with shawanna soils who continue to come to my post and harasses me she is very rude and has a very nasty attitude she recently took over the account for the post I'm working at I've never had any issues ever not one until she came into the picture she suspended me this morning because she pulled up on me at 6:30 am keep in mind I was eating my breakfast, I spilled soup all on my shirt I took it off and put on a black sweatshirt just until it dried. She pulls up like you in violation I explained why she proceeded to say I don't care your still in violation totally disregarding the fact that I told her its soaking wet, she disgustingly looked me up and down and continued to disrespect me. She goes on to say is this all you guys do is just sit her very rudely, the post is a walking post where we sit in the car and patrol every hour. We have no tent cover no guard shack no nothing and I've been complaining about this so I don't know where she expects us to sit beside our car when allied provides us with nothing at that post. She suspended me when I started to make complaints about the work conditions and never even gave me a reason why I'm actually getting suspended or when I can even come back. This is the third time she has come up to my post talking crazy to me and being rude and disrespectful I don't even feel safe anymore with the way she continues to harass me I felt highly threatened each and every time.
