To whom it may concern,
I have a complaint to make about East Valley YMCA, their employee (Sadie Torres) and the Executive Director of East Valley YMCA, Casey Banks. Today (12/20/2021) I attended the east valley ymca. I checked in with my member card and I showed the ymca employee in front of me my proof of covid-19 negative results to allow my entrance into the facilities locker room. Although Sadie was not attending me during my check in she acknowledged me since I was in her direct line of sight and watched me show my phone to her co worker which revealed my covid 19 negative status. Sadie, rather than asking her co worker for confirmation of my proof of covid vaccination or proof of negative results chose to assume that I had not shown proof. I know Sade did this on purpose to give me a hard time becshe watched me interact with her co worker.
Saide Torres chose to have her Executive Director come into the locker room to ask me to show proof in which I replied to him that I did show my negative covid 19 results. Rather than asking the employee that checked me in for confirmation of me proving my vaccination status or proof of negative results, she made an assumption. Casey Banks did not confirm with his employees if infact I had shown proof of vax or negative results. He walked into the locker room asked out loud if I was such person revealing my personal info to other members around me and stating I did not show proof with was incorrect and embarrassing.
Desired outcome: Formal complaint on each of their employer records
