On January 18th I placed a prescription with my Dr. at this location. A few days passed before I was notified (by the Pharmacy) that my medication (Amlodipine Besylate) was on back-order. The caller informed me that it would be in by next week. I did not receive a follow up call. I called in the same prescription again and 2 days later received a call that it was still on backorder on February 15th. This is Heart medication and is necessary for me to take to survive. My Dr called my prescription in to your competitor and they had it refilled in an hour. I have been a customer of Vons for 30+ years. I will no longer be a customer of yours.
