Bought a package for granddaughter's school project in May 2020. No complaints about that. Then in May 2021, 2022 and 2023 WeVideo took further payments from my bank account. Bank managed to reclaim 2023 payment. Since then I have exchanged MANY e mails with WeVideo and they keep asking for further details. I have given them bank sort code, account number etc. They then wanted details of the card I used. These cards expire after a few years and the card I have now has different details but I still provided them. Now they want my granddaughter's name and e mail account. She was only 13 at the time and would not have had an e mail address. They are just delaying by asking more questions. The reference number I have is 209938.
Desired outcome: I would like the payments for 2021 and 2022 refunded plus the currency transaction fees.
PS. It's Cwmbran UK, not US!
