Regal Cinemas

Hello,

This incident has happened twice.

I have been to the regal in Modesto, CA. Most Recent was on 6/3/23.

I get there and order a large popcorn and I get a for a large and get a bag for a small or medium because they are out of the large popcorn buckets. I understand that they are offering free refills, but I don't like to get up while the movie is playing just to get a refill, that is why I order and pay for a large popcorn.

I just wish instead of charging me for the large they can at least give me the option to either pay for a small or medium.

Both times I wasn't even told that they are giving me a different size because they were out of the buckets. I have to ask why they are giving me the size I didn't order.

I feel like this is a form of theft if I order something and pay for it I should get what I paid for or at least be advised that they are out of the buckets, not just charge me for what I order but give me something different with no explanation.
