Aeropostale - Lack of store knowledge
I went into return a couple items today December 10th, 2014. The manager doing my returns told me I could not return my item because it had passed 30 days. Even the receipt on the back says 60 DAYs. Wow.. she calls herself the manager and does not know how to do her job. Then she would not refund me for an exchange because she did not know if it was possible. I didn't get her name but she is blond and has glasses. She was extremely rude the whole time. I will definitely NEVER shop here ever again.
