This incident happened at 8500 Beverly blvd Los Angeles California 90048. My daughter and I went to Zara 10 minutes before closing They said I can't purchase because it's closed. Anyway I requested them bought a dress. When we were going out the alarm started beeping. Beeping sound occurred my when my daughter way exiting. A lady came and called her self manager (Israel) she started questioning us that when did I purchase the jacket and shoes my daughter wearing because it's from Zara. She told me to open her jacket and check her pockets. I was so shocked but I did what she told me. Then I told her to check the camera and explained how long we were there. She didn't even listening to what I was saying. I asked for her manager number then she started saying people like you have beeping sound always. She called us thief and pigs. My daughter start saying I didn't take it. Hearing that from her mouth made me feel so helpless I started crying. She felt embarrassed and she saw so
Done accusing her for something. I can't imagine how she become a manager?
She called the security and escorted me and my daughter. She treated us so bad. I have been going to Zara all my life and buying all my daughter clothes from there. She treated my daughter like a thief and called her that. She said I put the jacket and shoes from the store without paying. Later she throw the shopping bag. Since we came from there my daughter keep saying "she throw our bag mom" "I didn't take mommy"
I am shattered today. I want an answer
