I am writing in regard an unknown charge fee for rental ref number [protected].
I am very upset with this company it’s been the worst car rental experience ever! I just really felt that my money was stolen with hidden and additional fees, after paying additional 144.98 A couple days after I was charged with 43 extra dollars,I never received a call or an email explaining why!
I need my money back! I already contacted an attorney he recommended to first ask to dispute the charge with the company directly, if not I WILL file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Transportation, Bereau and also consumer protection agency! I will also give hundreds of bad reviews on all your media with my friends and family and make sure everyone knows how this company steals money, I pacifically asking for the refund of the 43 dollars that was charged, I was told I am suppose to get a response and answer before 24 hours.
I was provided with 2 different emails and they don’t exist! This is a SCAM
I am looking forward to an answer.

NU Car Rentals - claimed damage on rental car
I returned my rental vehicle on time to the Westin Hotel at LAX. NU claimed there were damages to the car of which I was not aware. They charged my credit card $ 500 and promised to send me details (damage report and estimated cost of repairs) within a couple of days. It is now 2 months later and I have not received anything.
I have called them several times to secure the above information and all I got was voice mail. I have left detailed messages asking for a return call, but once again I have heard nothing.
My insurance company will not reimburse me without that necessary information..
I am being totally ignored and am out $500. How can I get NU to respond?

I booked online through a third party, Easy Cars.
I booked for about $130 weeks earlier.
When I reached the counter, I was asked to pay for liability insurance of $195.
This was not clear when I made the booking and when I rented from Fox one week later. Fox did not ask for this extra payment.
I will not rent from NU again if this practice continues.
I plan to file a complaint and post heavily on social media if this is not resolved quickly.
We want a full refund.
