Domino's Pizza

On today, May 2, 2021, I reached out to Dominoes at [protected] at 9:25am/pst. I spoke to a girl who answered, after holding online for almost five minutes, and explained to her that every time I try and use my rewards for a "Free Pizza" when I go to submit the offer, it returns an error message each and every time. I have tried this offer for several attempts over the past year or so and each and every time, it returns me the same error message and I continue to order from Domino's, but will no long do so. I don't like to be told that I will receive a "free" anything and when you go to redeem the offer, the offer returns an error message. Additionally, when I spoke to the girl who answered the phone, I asked her for customer service number and she was rude, she kept cutting me off while speaking, and then hung up in my face. I refuse to support a company that is using what I assume to be false and fraudulent marketing tactics to get customers to buy and create a rewards system that is inoperable. I have spent over $1000.00 with Domino's over the past three years and have not received a free anything, although I am signed up with the rewards program. This is a scam and I don't like it and will gladly spread the word!
