I purchased several items from Asoph, two of the same, with one to be returned. I contacted them before returning, they stated that they do not do exchange. Therefore, I made the purchase for the next size and returned the other. I'm now being told that the item was damaged, past the date for a refund or credit and cannot be refunded and if I send them a paid label, they would return the item to me. I did call them with in 5 days of receiving the item and returned it within the 15 days
