AN & Associates - recorder

I ordered this recorder Jan 16, 2019 and have received it. It was a gift for someone. HOWEVER it is not what the person wanted. Therefore, I NEED to return it.

How do I do this? Neither phone # that you have given for customer service is operable.

I ordered this through PAYPAL and do not want to be forced to open a complaint with them.

Please send me info on how to return it and a mailing label and to use.
