My order no. was W01005738786474, Zip code 74352. I received an email that the flowers that I ordered had been delivered by FedEx at 3:18 pm 02-10-2021, this was not the true. If they had delivered them, they would have still been a day late. The strawberries were delivered on the 02-09-2021 with no problems. The roads were icy, but they could have called to say they were having a problem.

Desired outcome: Find out where went or if they were actually delivered. Reimburse or credit the cost, because replacement is to late
