We have been waiting for 6 months for our nem 2.0 application (NST-391529) to be approved. It went thru initial review then sent to an engineer. The engineer asked is to update a number that was 9.0 but needed to be 8.6 or similar. We made this change and our application was sent back to application review since it was considered an equipment change, this was on May 1, 2023. We have called customer service weekly since then, they have said the engineer is not looking at the application and is not responding to emails or teams chats. They have said our application fell thru the cracks and unfortunately since no one is looking at it and customer service can't not assign anyone or request someone look at it, unfortunately we will never get permission to operate our solar system.
Desired outcome: I would like our application to continue thru the approval process in a timely fashion and to receive our permission to operate the solar system so we can receive net metering credits and reduce our electricity bill.
