Panda Express - manager attitude towards me and my family

We asked for an item for our 3 yr old and there was none. We were told they can make it in 5 min.. 10m later my wife asked the manager how long till it was ready and he replied / 5 min after the cook gets started like we already told you... WTF! You better make this right or we will, including all of our friends Never return to Panda Express.
