Starbucks - Over charging us for venti water with scoop of strawberries

My family and I have gone to this Starbucks @ 9th and Palm every since it opened. My wife and I are both gold members and she even has a Starbucks VISA. My kid and I order coffee, hot chocolate and butter croissant every morning for the past few years as well. As you can see I even have 2710 stars to use. We are a Starbucks family!

My family and I went to the drive thru to order drinks on Saturday (04/16/022) and ordered two Iced coffees and 2 Water with a scoop of Strawberries. The cashier charged us.80 cents for the waters & strawberries scoops. Once we got to the window, the cashier proceeded to tell us the Senior Manager has charged you the full prices for 2 Teas instead of the.80 cents for the scoop of Strawberries. We asked for the Manager to explain why she decided to do this. I explained that this is not right to charged over $ 4.75 for 2 waters and Strawberries. She told us she had too charge us full Tea prices for 2 scoops of Strawberries. We explained this was unfair and extremely over-charging us and she did not care. We insisted that if you are going to charge us for 2 Strawberry Acai, then we should get 2 Acai. We have never came across any other manager on Saturn Blvd or this Starbucks that did anything like this before. I hope she has not done this "over-charging" to other customer like she did to us! I was shocked that way she treated us with my kid in the truck with his friend.

Desired outcome: Discuss with Esmeralda that you can't be a Manager and have poor discussions like this one that over charged our customers for something small like this event. Managers are customer oriented and don't rip our loyal customers off.
