Currently Del Taco claims to allow EBT at all of their locations. Well currently the Del Taco at 3100 W Florida Ave, Hemet, CA, 92545 is currently stating that due to new management they are no longer accepting EBT as payment. This occurred to me personally at 3:46 a.m. on January 16th, 2024. This would be in contradiction to the claims made by the company to accept EBT at all their locations nationwide. Furthermore, the worker at the window was beyond rude and told me to "get fu*" upon asking her for her name to report her unprofessionalism. Her name tag said "
Desired outcome: An immediate remedy to this problem that doesn't involve us driving all the way to Del Taco and wasting gas to be told they don't accept the payment. Retraining of employees.

I meant to say she is the manager of this Del Taco location at nights. She has blue dyed hair. She covered her nametag when I went back through to get her name.
