Burger King

Went to Burger King on national cheeseburger day in the U.S. On the website you advised.59 cheeseburgers. Asked and did not give me any code! Went to the Burger King in Hayward Ca. On Hesperian blvd. They said I need a code, I told them on line there was no code. The response rudely, "we can't help you!" It's national cheeseburger day? Then they changed the story, you have to download the app. What is it I said a code or an app? I did not have my phone, believe it or not there are people that can live without a phone! One of your older lady than turns and starts to speak Spanish to the other, at which I understood a little and told her she was rude and would complain. She turns around with other guests in the house and yells, "go a head, I don't care!"
A sad day, to call yourself BURGER king and not honor the day! Rude people behind your counter and as I left a guest at the door heard the whole thing and turned around and walked out with me comenting how rude!
