On Aug 18 2020 I had my app. Did all paper work sent by them to medical. Jan 22 call office to find out what's going in was told they sent incomplete paper work was told to call medical to see what's up. I did no problem with medical. So I waited a week called back was told wrong paper work was sent in again. It's going on 4 months still have no teeth. I'm 61 years old I just want to be able to smile and eat out at restaurants. Thank you
