Hello,
I live in the area I use this store to purchase my groceries. I love the olive bar, since it was open I buy olives from there. {THERE IS NO PRICE POSTED ON THE OLIVE BAR} I noticed the in the past few months even that I still get the same mid size container the price has increased tremendously to the point that I have been consider not to buy olives from the bar any more it has gone for around 6$ to & to 9.99$
I always go at night when the traffic is lesser, and 98% of the time I get an over weight Mexican lady as cashier. Last week I asked her why was the price so high and if the bar was priced by weight, she said "yes is expensive", but I noticed that night when I asked my price was 7$ not 9$; it did surprise me and I thought she was being nice to me. This night 1/12/20 she was not there so another employee attended to me, SAME CONTAINER, SAME OLIVES it was $5.99 as it was in the beginning, when I started buying them. I m now thinking that this Hispanic lady was over charging me and if that is the case, only God knows how many more people are being over charge and I am assuming the extra money is going into her pocket.
I hope some one looks into this because it is really sad that customers get rip off by employees stealing. The Bar should post HOW IS THE PRICE being calculated, so the customers can budged for it and the employees can not over charge.
