Philippine Airlines - customer services from phil and u. s.

The Philippine Airline just cancelled my Mom's (Yolanda L.) flight who needs wheelchair assistance and elderly which is on (Feb. 20, 2016) and rebooked her to the next day (Feb, 21, 2016) but when I have a call from Phil. Customer Relation ( Dette ) informing me of the changes and I mention of her connection flight through also with PAL, they cannot accommodate her because she's going to miss it. Recommend me to call U.S. (CRO-Customer Relation Officer). I talk to Victoria here in the U.S. but was not helpful at all, I asked for a manager.. and she said they are not there yet and cannot give me any name. According to CRO in the Philippines because there is no way they can adjust her connecting flight/missed it that CRO here in the U.S. can make arrangement with other Airline at the airport... but when I mention that? Victoria says they don't allowed them..blah, blah, blah...

Our departure date was 4/27/2016 flight #pr0113 from lax and coming back to USA was may 26, 2016 flight # PR 2144 both flight me and my husband .
My husband does not eat pork and each way on the trip they suppose ran out of non
pork meals even though on the opposite side of the aisle they had plenty of chicken and
other non pork meals when we asked the stewardess if she could switch with someone in those aisle she refused ( it appears to us that the majority of passengers did not want pork ) so we may have to fly another airline when we fly back to the Philippines
this year.
Note both breakfast and dinner were primarily pork.
