I bought my 2019 ford ranger septmeber 26th at first the truck ran great I took it back after a month of having it because the truck would jerk back shift really hard, and it began to sound really loud which started the issue of it not working correctly when we took the truck back to el cajon ford they told me to give it some time and let the truck adjust itself I gave it some time but over time it seemed like it got worse I have taken it back three times and each time they told me there was no issue each time they gave me the truck back it was dirty I have recorded videos of how loud the truck is, el cajon ford got real short with me each time I went back to complain about the truck and I would like to add with less than 10, 000 miles both rear tires for some reason need replacing the front tires are both in good condition I just dont understand why also this was my very first brand new car and it hasnt been a good experince I had a 96 ford explorer that ran forever.
