ARCO - customer service

This morning I went to get coffee. I waiting for the coffee to be made. The employee was very nice and helped me out. Their was another customer that came in and was very very very rude to the employee. He asked her for something she said they were out and that it would be in on Saturday. Now the man repeated himself three times and he was very rude. I explained to him in Spanish what the lady said. He then turned on me and was very upset . He was telling me to mind my own business that he wasn't talking to me that he was talking to her. I then explained to him that I was only trying to be nice and help out. He continued to be rude with both of us. I turned to the worker and told her you don't have to put up with someone that is rude to you. I told her that all you have to do is tell him please don't talk to me like that. Then walk away and go call your manager and have him deal with the situation. I told her that's why you have a manager to handle situations like this. Meanwhile the manager was listening the whole time he walked outside and started talking to another guy and they both were looking in the window at me handling this situation. Now if you have a manager that allows things like this to happen then you all have to reteach your managers what a mangers job is. I have been in management for more than 15 years. I have always made sure that my employees were taken care off. This situation that happened today was unexceptable . When I went up to the register I apologised to the clerk and she said no that's okay we get a lot of rude people here. I told her that I truly believe in customer service but you can always tell then nicely to stop being rude. I was bothered that the manager did not say anything and didn't want to acknowledge what had happened in his store. He just allowed for this to happen that is SO SAD. I left for work when I got off I called and asked for the corporate number and the number to the store. The cashier that was working hung up on me with no explanation. I called back then she was rude. I asked her how come she hung up on me she said she was busy that she had customers and hung up on me again. Now I called back and asked her why she hung up on me this time I wasn't so nice. I am normally a nice calm person. I beginning to wonder what kind of people you guys have working for you organization. I went down there because I wasn't getting anywhere on the phone I got in and the girl that hung up on me was so rude. Her name was LISA. She is Hispanic I asked her why she was rude she said I didn't have time to talk to you I'm busy. She told me to wait for her outside I said okay I waited. Meanwhile a man jump into the conversation and he was rude and I told him to mind his own business. Lisa came outside with an attitude. I thought my daughter and her were gonna fight. I told my daughter to calm down. We talked and then she said she was sorry that she had just started her shift and there was a lot of customers. I told her we were customers as well we stood in line and I simply asked for the number of the store and the managers name. After about 15 minutes she finally gave it to me. How hard was that for her to give it to me. I want to file a complaint against your store manager and the cashier her name is Lisa. The managers name is Khi the store is located in Corona, Ca. on the corner of McKinley and Magnolia Ave. The store number is 42514. The cashiers name was Lisa. I have been coming to this Arco for more than 20 years. I have never had a problem before. Today was just one of those days I guess. I was just trying to help and I got yelled at by some guy that was so rude. Then same day afternoon it happened again. She I will admit I got mad this afternoon at both Lisa and the man that jumped in on something that clearly wasn't his business. I want to be updated on the outcome of this situation. Thank you
