United Education Institute [UEI] - Customer service - they guided me to getting kicked out

I followed their advice on how to take off when my much wanted pregnancy turned into a dangerous situation, and because of unclear sonograms it did not get terminated until I was 20 weeks into a 40 wk gig. That messed with my mind a bit and having a mental health diagnosis, and unmedicated because of the pregnancy I went to many different ppl at the school, explaining what was happening and that I needed to pause my education for two months max, to get my head back in the game. the lady I landed in front of said "oh well that's a lot of paperwork, lets just do it like this..." I asked but won't there be repercussions? I want to do it the right way, I want to finish this. "It takes awhile to be approved and if u want to be able to miss this week's class we will just have to do all the assignments on time, and then go to labs if u feel u can.." Now I have done a lot of work on myself and that is the only reason I didn't get pushy about it. I thought she's a professional, so i'll trust her, she wouldn't steer me wrong."Then ok, my bad, I forgot payments started and never saw any email or call saying hey, u missed a payment, until i'd missed around 5. Then the pressure was intense even after I explained I hadn't been hardly working due to my mental state, my 8 year relationship ended, and I was close to being homeless. still almost daily the calls of can u pay anything? if not u will default and owe it all at once! I like to eat at least once a day too, I mean I kinda have to, to stay alive.

Then all of a sudden I get an email, your schedule has changed, I go in and they were like no u should of been here yesterday. So on Mon I go in, I say i'm not sure which classroom i'm supposed to be in can you tell me? After about a half hour i'm directed to my class, the same one.

Then one day halfway into the module they say you have a new teacher. This guys an [censored]. He immediately had preconceived misconceptions about me that caused him to act very unprofessionally. As an American with a Disability there are certain concessions I need to be able to do the program. Not only did he embarrass me infront of the class, when I let him know i'd be needing to speak to him about some things, he shut me down, fast and hard."no, please don't"were his exact words. I asked that next time he had something like that to say, to please pull me to the side, away from the class."We aren't doing things the way you want them done"he says. I couldn't help myself, I say,"no its just whats professional"

So I miss class because I got offered side work, $500! that would help greatly! And I get kicked out.

I should be able to allow life to happen and not be kicked out, especially when I was following what the school said to do!

I should never have been that close to failing, if the education department had just done their job and not been lazy about helping me.

I just want to be allowed to continue my education. I am not looking for anything other than what I paid for. I suggest you have a quality control officer make rounds of the classes, to make sure the teachers are doing their job. i'll even do it on a volunteer basis if it helps me get back to class.

Desired outcome: i want to get the education i was promised.
