Regus - Rent
Women Initiating Success Envisioned Inc, paid rent to move into the Regus building on June 3, 2022. My go to person who is the Manger @333 H. Street, Chula Vista CA, 91910 gave me the exact amount of money to move into my office. I paid that amount. Now their saying I still owe when I've paid it. We've been going around in circles for the last 2 months. I've sent in my bank statement where its shows they took the money but their saying they haven't received the money. So my question is "where do the money I've go?" I need some one from the Corporate office to reach out to me at [protected]@yahoo.com. This Manager knows nothing and I don't have a clue on who can help me. This has been a song and dance since all of this started which has been 2 months ago. Help me please!
Desired outcome: Just let me know where my money went so that I can continue doing my job and helping those in need.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

I can assure you that the payment is not missing, it is showing correctly in your account on 4 June. The issue is that the outstanding balance was increased by a new invoice since you made that payment (the invoice raised on 31 July) and the overdue balance is because of this new invoice and not because we did not receive your original payment.
