All of the signature valley bacon was stocked behind the wrong price tag . The way the label s are in the store the name of the product is listed on a very small tag that is approximately 1in wide. The store tags has the name of the product in bold. This tag has a lot of information but the bold print said S.Valley Smokey bacon all listed in bold print. In a smaller non bold print the Sku and product size and price $6.99. Every package of the larger maybe it was a 32oz bacon was behind the tag marked $6.99 Vons club special $4.99 So imagine my surprise when it rang up 16.99. I am not familiar with the prices of bacon, I don't eat it, my husband does. I was buying it for him not knowing what the price should be, I can only go of the tag on the shelf. I left the line to go check the price. I tell the person in the meat dept who immediately calls the manager Letica Zuniga who says"oh my, I cant believe he did this" and starts blaming someone else.I said, ma'am I can only go by the price where you have your product. Leticia Zuniga apologized, started moving the product but refused to honor the price on the shelf. There was no tag for the product that was put in the wrong lace by the store employee. I am the sole income !y husband is a retired deputy sheriff and he was just as shocked when I explained what happened and how customer service/satisfaction was not a concern for the manager Leticia Zuniga. I would appreciate the store honoring the marked price of the price on the shelf where the32 oz bacon wad listed for$4.99. I am a Vons club member and have been one for several years and I have come to expect better customer service then what I received. My na!e is Kahnna Feliz 661.381.8281 and i would appreciate you honoring the listed price. I understand you can't do this for everyone but I am asking you to honor the price showing for the product.
